"Lokasangraha: Empathy in Action. Leadership with Purpose"

Lokasangraha: Empathy in Action. Leadership with Purpose is the guiding theme of the IISPMG20 2025 Conference. Rooted in the Sanskrit philosophy Lokasangraha, which translates to "the welfare for all", it emphasizes on leadership which prioritizes selflessness and one's will to serve society for the benefit of all. The theme also reflects the Indus values; Love, Empathy, Discipline and Respect, and reminds us that understanding and empathizing with others must move beyond emotion into meaningful deeds, inspiring purpose, responsibility and impact which paves the way for collective progress. At Indus International School Pune, this theme reflects our commitment towards nurturing global citizens and a leaders who can lead with integrity, empathy, courage, humility and with a vision.
